Advanced Coaching Psychology Development Programme

CONTENT
This 105 hour programme consists of attending the following 3 modules drawn from the Centres current suite of leadership and development programmes:

1. Coaching Development Programme
2. Performance Coaching and Stress Management Programme
3. Psychological Coaching Programme

The programme enables learners to become knowledgeable in coaching and the psychology of coaching and coaching psychology and be proficient in coaching skills.

This programme has been designed for psychologists who have Graduate Basis for Chartership with the British Psychological Society (BPS) (or similar with an overseas professional body) and are wishing to work towards becoming an International Society for Coaching Psychology Accredited Coaching Psychologist or BPS Chartered Coaching Psychologist. The programme is also popular with Chartered, Registered or Licensed psychologists who need additional training before applying for a post-qualification Register.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The aims and objectives of this programme are to provide opportunities for learners to become knowledgeable about the theory, research and practice of coaching and coaching psychology. This includes coaching practice in a range of areas including performance, business, executive, health and stress management.

THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP (IoL)

The ‘Advanced Coaching Psychology Development Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility for ‘Member’ grade of IoL. On joining IoL the approved post-nominal letters are  MIoL (Member of The Institute of Leadership).
