Performance Coaching and Stress Management Programme
This flexible programme provides the theory and practice of performance coaching, stress management and wellbeing. This is a modular six-day programme. Learners must attend Module a) and b) plus one additional module from a selection (see matrix on page 6 for the full selection):
a) Stress Management (2 days) OR Occupational and Organisational Stress Management (2 days)
b) Performance Coaching (2 days)
c) Additional module. Any one of the following 2 day modules:

- Problem Focused Coaching*
- Health & Wellbeing Coaching*
- Relaxation Skills
- Introduction to Coaching at Work Programme
- Cognitive Behavioural Coaching
- Redundancy Coaching
- Solution Focused Coaching
- Time Management
- Understanding health and wellbeing of staff: for HR & Management
NB. Programmes with an * in section c) are run every year. However, the remaining programmes are only offered for in-house training for companies.
This 36 hour programme provides learners with an understanding of the performance coaching, stress management and wellbeing.
Key objectives of this programme for learners are identical to the objectives for the 3 modules taken by the learner. (See the individual objectives for the modules in the programme brochure.)
THE INSTITUTE OF LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT (TILM)
The ‘Performance Coaching and Stress Management Programme’ has been recognised as providing eligibility for ‘Associate’ grade of TILM. On joining TILM the approved post-nominal letters are AMInstLM (Associate Member of The Institute of Leadership and Management).
The trainers include Prof Stephen Palmer, Dr Siobhain O’Riordan, Kasia Szymanska and Nick Edgerton.
