By attending our Centre’s ILM Development Programmes, our Learners become eligible to join the Institute of Leadership and Management at Associate and Full Member levels. Successful completion of the Coaching Development Programme or the Psychological Coaching Programme  provides eligibility at Associate Membership Level of the Institute of Leadership and Management (subject to completion of the administrative forms). Successful completion of both programmes provides eligibility of the Institute at Full Membership level.
